Dutch Oven Cooking
Ed said he wanted to get into dutch oven cooking. And of course I was all over it because it meant we would be spending time together and even better cooking together. We are definitely amateurs but we are getting better. We bought it last week and we have cooked peach cobbler and enchilada casserole. Last night we attempted 2 things: macaroni and cheese and brownies. There are a few things we will change to the mac and cheese recipe but it was still really good and Ed loved the brownies. It was a fun family home evening and it is really fun to hear Ed tell me what we should try making for dinner. Can't wait to do more!

Sounds great! You'll have to give me a recipe so I can attempt Dutch Oven Cooking. It always sounds so good. You are more brave than I!
Looks yummy! We were talking about doing dutch oven dinners at Carp. If we all brought one...wouldn't that be yummy.
